The Georgian Abode at Catharine II boasts a spacious living area with an open-plan layout that seamlessly combines the dining and kitchen spaces.

The combination of light-coloured walls, dark cupboards, a wooden dining table with matching benches, and green sofa beds perfectly complements the wooden flooring, creating a warm and welcoming ambience. The sofa beds convert into two doubles, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests.

A sleek wall-mounted Smart TV in the living area provides entertainment, while the kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including an integrated fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, hob and oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine - everything you need to whip up a hearty meal.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms: one with 3 bunk beds sleeping 6 guests, another with a double bed for 2, and the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, WC, and washbasin.

Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with their own TVs for unwinding at any time of day. Each room also has a desk and chair by the mirror, ideal for vanity use or even work.

The family bathroom is sparkling clean, with a crisp white and blue tile design, complemented by golden accents on the shower, bin, and faucet.

Ideal for families, friends, or colleagues visiting for leisure or business, it’s within walking distance of the city centre, with excellent transport links to destinations like Anfield.

There is a bus stop on Catharine Street, just a short walk away from the apartment. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in or out of Liverpool via train.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.
